After searching for Ford Edges, I located a candidate at this dealership. I emailed them and received a prompt response. Dave McDonald was my contact and sales person. Photos of the car where spot on. We worked out the purchase by phone. Submitted a credit application by secure site on their website. paid a deposit to secure the vehicle over the phone. They contacted me to advise loan was approved and the terms. Drove about 31/2 hours to finalize the deal and take delivery. Very good experience. The dealership's inventory appears to be of good quality across the board. They buy nicer cars for resale. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership. Mike in finance was very easy to work with as well.

Bought 04 Impala here in 3/2014 and its been a great car! My water pump just went out, and I thought it'd be covered by the warranty I purchased, however it expired after 24 months or 24,000 miles from purchase. Unfortunately, I was over on the mileage. Josh in the Service Dept. was very empathetic and even worked to give me a great discount on the parts and labor. When I still came up a few dollars short, he worked with me to make sure I could get my car back with the limited funds I had. Very thankful for GREAT customer service and an understanding staff!!

Terry Savage - 2009 Toyota Venza
I took my Toyota to a dealership in Murfreesboro due to a check engine light. they charged me $100 dollars for a diagnostic then quoted me $537 to change out a wheel sensor. I took my car to Tomlin and they quoted me $357 including the diagnostic fee. THEN, they actually knocked off $50 more because it didn't take as long as they thought.....!!! what? who does that? Apparently they do so they will get ALL of my business in the future. Great service and price , very nice people.

I got into a 2011 Ford Fiesta which fit my budget and is great car! I had a problem with it overheating less than a month after I bought it, and they fixed it for FREE; even though I bought it "as is." I will never recommend anyone else for any friends or family, but most importantly for myself!

Extremely helpful, friendly, and a breeze to do business with. I had found the exact car that I wanted online and it led me to this dealership. I didn't make it a secret that I was pretty sure this was going to be the car I purchased. Perhaps they had had the car for a little bit so they were trying to get it off the lot. Whatever it was, I just know that I was happy with the good deal and price I paid for the car. I was super pleased with the price negotiation aspect of it all. No hassles, no problems, no wasting time and going between higher ups etc like most other dealerships. It really was a pleasant surprise to see how smooth everything went in buying my car. They supplied a very generous offer for my pretty much broken down trade-in (Thanks). I had found 2 minor defects with the exterior of the car that they quickly took to their shop and fixed. They had no problem with me taking it to a nearby 3rd party mechanic (although they have their own mechanics and auto repair on site) to get it checked out in depth. When I brought the car back with what was found they took it right back to the shop to fix the alignment before I purchased it. Big shout out to Dave who made the whole thing such a great experience (A+ Dude!). And I appreciate any help, clarifications, discussions, etc along the way from some of the other guys I ran in to (Andrew, Chris, Mike, and the mechanic Mike) A month later and the car is still going great, Thanks for mailing the tags and title. Keep up your great business ethic!
